Amy has worked as a consulting actuary since 1994 – serving many self-insured corporations, public entity pools, and insurance companies in both reserving and pricing. She focuses on ensuring data quality in the preparation of analyses, spreadsheet design, and analysis of reserving and pricing studies, as well as communication of results to clients.
Amy has successfully completed about 45 percent of the examination requirements for becoming a fully-credentialed actuary. She graduated with honors from the Institute of Technology at the University of Minnesota with a major in Mathematics, specializing in Actuarial Science. Amy is married and has three children. She enjoys spending time at her family cabin, reading, walking, traveling, and baking.
